How much does a Komodo yacht charter cost?
The honest range is wide: from USD 90 per person for a seat on a shared speedboat day trip, USD 800 for that boat to yourself, and USD 300 per person for a 3D2N open-trip cabin. Private charters start at USD 5,300 per yacht per night and run to USD 35,000+ on the ultra-luxury flagships. A 3D2N private charter for ten guests is USD 6,200–16,000 all-inclusive. Park fees, scuba dives (USD 50–80 each) and gratuities of 10–15% sit outside the boat rate.
Should I book through a broker or direct?
We publish the arithmetic for both paths — fees, protections and where each wins. Either way, insist on written quotes and named vessels.
When is the best season to sail Komodo?
April–November brings the calmest seas and best visibility; December–February is manta season with warmer, wetter passages. The season guide maps it month by month.
