Corporate Charter

An offsite nobody checks their phone during.

No signal for most of the route, which turns out to be the feature. Board rooms, client entertaining and incentive trips, on a vessel that is genuinely private.

The short answer

What corporate charter actually involves

Deck space for sessions, anchorages for the evenings. Suits executive teams, client entertaining, incentive travel. Season: April–November for reliable weather. Equipment: satellite wifi where required, multiple decks, full catering, tenders.

What makes it work

Three things that decide it

01

Signal on your terms

Satellite WiFi is available on the motor yachts and superyachts. Whether you switch it on is the interesting decision.

02

Space that works both ways

Sessions on the upper deck by day, dinner at anchor by night. The same vessel does both without reconfiguration.

03

One invoice

Vessel, crew, meals, beverages, activities and park permits arrive as a single all-inclusive figure. Finance departments prefer this.

Inside the rate

What the day rate already covers

  • Fully crewed private charter
  • All meals and beverages
  • Specialist guide where the activity needs one
  • Equipment listed above
  • Komodo National Park permits
  • Timing planned around tide, light and the day boats

A private charter sets its own hours. Day boats run to a fixed schedule; you do not — which is usually the difference between doing this well and doing it in a queue. Specific inclusions depend on the yacht selected, our charter desk will confirm the full list for your chosen vessel.

Before you commit

Four questions the desk gets weekly

Is there internet?

Satellite WiFi on the motor yachts and superyachts. Coverage across the park is otherwise thin, which most groups end up appreciating.

Can we run working sessions?

Yes — the upper decks take a group comfortably, and the schedule bends around your agenda rather than the other way round.

How is it invoiced?

All-inclusive: vessel, crew, meals, beverages, activities and permits in one figure, with a 30% deposit to hold dates.

What size group?

Ten to twenty is the usual range. Below ten a motor yacht is normally the better economics.

Build it into the charter

Tell the desk this is the priority and how many days you have. The route is planned around it, and the written quote comes back the same day.
