2D1N Komodo Itinerary
Depart Labuan Bajo harbor at 8:00 AM. Welcome drinks on the sun deck as you sail out toward Padar Island. Your captain briefs you on the two-day route as the Flores Sea opens up before you.
Padar Island hike. The 30–45 minute summit trail rewards you with the iconic three-bay panorama — arguably the most photographed view in Indonesia. Plenty of time for photos at every angle.
Pink Beach (Pantai Merah). Anchor at one of the world’s only pink sand beaches. 2+ hours of free time: swim, snorkel the incredibly rich reef, relax on the pink sand, or paddle the tender to shore for photos.
Afternoon sail toward the sunset anchorage. Cocktail hour on the sun deck as the sky turns golden. The chef prepares a gourmet dinner while you watch the sunset from Gili Lawa Darat or Padar’s western bay.
Overnight anchor in a sheltered bay. Dinner under the stars on the aft deck. Glass of wine, the Milky Way visible overhead, the sound of the sea — sleep comes easily.
Early risers can watch the sunrise from the deck. Optional morning snorkel before breakfast.
Hearty breakfast prepared by your chef. Then: Komodo dragon trek on Rinca Island — a ranger-guided walk through the island to encounter the legendary Komodo dragon in the wild.
Snorkeling at Batu Bolong or Crystal Rock — some of the finest coral gardens in Komodo National Park. Reef sharks, napoleon wrasse, and thousands of tropical fish.
Final lunch aboard. Begin the return sail to Labuan Bajo, arriving at the marina by 3:00–4:00 PM.

A: Two days is a very satisfying introduction to Komodo — you’ll see all the key highlights including Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo dragons, and the best snorkeling sites. For a more complete experience, 3D2N is recommended. If you only have 2 days, the 2D1N is absolutely worthwhile.
Q: How do I get to Labuan Bajo for a 2D1N charter?
A: Labuan Bajo is served by direct flights from Bali (1 hour), Jakarta (2.5 hours), and other Indonesian cities. There are also connections from Singapore and other international hubs. We can arrange airport transfers to the marina. For a weekend trip from Bali, fly in Friday evening, charter Saturday–Sunday, fly home Sunday evening.
Q: What is included in the 2D1N charter price?
A: 2D1N charters include: private vessel for 2 days/1 night, professional crew, all meals (dinner Day 1, breakfast & lunch Day 2, light snacks throughout), drinking water & soft drinks, snorkeling equipment, fuel, and ranger fees for the Komodo dragon trek. National park entrance fees are additional.
