Twelve guests need a different crew count than twenty, not just another cabin. That is what moves the quote.

Decks, not just rooms

Multiple levels let one half of the party be loud while the other reads. On a single-deck hull that does not work.

Two vessels, sometimes

Above twenty, a second hull sailing in company is often cheaper and better than the one boat big enough.

A private charter sets its own hours. Day boats run to a fixed schedule; you do not — which is usually the difference between doing this well and doing it in a queue. Specific inclusions depend on the yacht selected, our charter desk will confirm the full list for your chosen vessel.

What is the maximum party size?

Twenty on a superyacht with eight to fifteen crew. Larger groups run two vessels in company, which is quoted at preferential rates.

How far ahead should we book?

Six months for peak season. There are few hulls this size in Indonesian waters.

Can we split across two boats?

Yes, and it is often the better answer — more deck per guest and usually less money than the single largest hull.

Is pricing per person?

Never. Charter is for the whole vessel; how you divide it among the party is your arithmetic, not ours.
