Can we hold presentations and workshops onboard?
Yes. Select vessels in our fleet are equipped with projection screens and audio systems for onboard presentations. For more formal workshop setups, we can arrange additional AV equipment. Strategy sessions work best on weather decks in the morning when the team is energized and the surroundings provide creative inspiration. We’ve facilitated everything from full-day leadership workshops to 30-minute company town halls at sea.
How do we get a large group to Labuan Bajo?
Direct flights to Labuan Bajo (Komodo Airport, LBJ) operate from Bali (45 min), Jakarta (2h), Makassar, and other Indonesian hubs. For groups of 20+, charter flights from Bali can be arranged. We coordinate group airport transfers and pre-trip hotel accommodations for teams arriving from different cities. We handle the full logistics briefing — all your team needs to do is board the plane.
Can you arrange custom branded experiences for our company?
Yes. We arrange custom branding, branded F&B setups, company flag hoisting ceremonies, branded merchandise gift packs, and photography/videography packages. For product launches, we can set up demonstration areas on deck and arrange media coverage from Bali-based photographers. All customizations are quoted separately — contact us with your requirements and we’ll build a bespoke corporate program.
What is the payment and booking process for a corporate charter?
Corporate charters are confirmed with a 30% deposit and a signed charter agreement. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before departure. We provide a detailed pro forma invoice suitable for corporate expense processing. We accept bank transfers, and can arrange invoicing to company entities in most countries. Travel insurance for all participants is strongly recommended — we can suggest trusted marine insurance providers.
